About the Founder
Kevin Cook is the founder of KVN Consultants and a civil and water resources engineer with over 13 years of experience specializing in wastewater and stormwater system modeling and planning. Throughout his career, Kevin has led modeling efforts and contributed to a wide range of utility planning and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest, partnering closely with public sector clients. Having previously worked at
Kevin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an environmental specialty from Seattle University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Washington and Oregon. A Pacific Northwest native, he grew up in Oregon and has lived in Washington ever since, bringing strong regional knowledge and a commitment to the communities he serves.
